Studio B & Broach Terrace are located in the hip art district of historical downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, steps away from the best shopping, dinning, hotels, and entertainment in the Triad. K2’s fully operational photography and film studio is also one of the premium venues in the Carolinas.

Studio B is stylishly metropolitan with its 1920’s charm and elegant interior design. Lofty 30 ft ceilings and 1500 square feet of open area provide spacious accommodations for your event. White walls allow a blank canvas to create a distinctive ambiance for your event, by selecting lighting schemes and décor tailored to your requests.

Broach Terrace is a gorgeous rooftop veranda perched above Studio B. The Terrace offers a refreshing and relaxing outdoor environment. Its downtown New York vibe meshes seamlessly with Studio B’s art-deco motif. Tents and climate control devices are provided when needed.

Several rental options are available to customize your event to your needs.

Along with Wedding Receptions we also offer a unique location for your Ceremony. Broach Theater is located in front of the building and is an extraordinary site for a ceremony. Once the ceremony is complete, walk right up the steps to Studio B and Broach Terrace for the reception.

If your corporate event requires luncheons, meetings, seminars, etc Studio B offers a conference room, wireless Internet, phones, faxing, media tools, computers, and A & V rentals.
