K2Productions had a phenomenal time working on the 2016 Bell Partners Leadership Conference in Concord, NC. This year the Bell Partners are celebrating 40 years in business and we went on a “Road Trip” with them. What a wild ride it was!
We designed the stage and main room as well as provided all audio. We controlled all video for the projector screens and provided live video feed to 55″ TVs of everything that was taking place on stage. We also supplied AV equipment for breakout rooms throughout the conference. The Bell Partners team is very creative and there were some really great skits this year! The General Session room had a Route 66 vibe with various highway signs and roadside attraction signs surrounding the stage clustered around traffic lights. We brought in three vintage vehicles to accent with the theme including a ’63 Galaxie convertible, a ’65 Mustang convertible, and a ’57 Harley Motorcycle and lit them beautifully to highlight them.
The Key Note Speaker, Ken Schmidt, was amazing. He was very funny and entertaining and had some excellent points on being successful throughout his time with Harley Davidson. The 2016 Bell Partners Leadership Conference was a huge success and we cannot wait to work with them again next year!
