Atlanta Corporate Conference

K2Productions worked with one of our repeat clients, Bell Partners, for their annual Leadership Conference at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta, Georgia.  K2Productions helped enhance their colorful Elevate, Building Connections theme with giant projection mapped “ELEVATE” letters and colorful room lighting.  K2 works closely with Bell Partners for months to design and execute stage and general session room design, audio, video projection, lighting, live video streaming, AV support in all breakout rooms, video capture and on-site edit, and photography capture through their corporate event planning services.

The Leadership Conference was full of fun starting out with a scavenger hunt leading to the World of Coke.  Attendees spent the evening eating, taste-testing and touring the Coke facility.  The conference included two top-notch keynote speakers as well.  Collette Carlson was a quirky keynote who focused on building connections, while Sam Glenn captured the audiences attention with his outgoing attitude and talented painting skills.  K2 ran all audio and lighting during all presentations and performances.  K2 also provided live video feed to the large front screens and monitors around the room to give attendees the best viewing experience possible.
