Greensboro Corporate Event

K2Productions assisted Hawthorne Residential Partners for their annual Education Conference at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, NC.  K2Productions helped bring their Dream It, Build it, Live It theme to life in the General Session Room for the conference with gobo projection of city skylines on the walls and custom building backdrops on the main stage.  The lighting throughout the room incorporated Hawthorne’s iconic blue and green colors.  K2 works closely with Hawthorne for months to design and execute stage and general session room design, audio, video projection, lighting, live video streaming, AV support in all breakout rooms, and photography capture through their corporate event planning services.

Hawthorne is a great group and they love to have some fun competitions throughout their conference.  This year they had the Hawthorne Olympics and had some of their attendees participating in minute to win it games.  They also give their participants a chance to get hands on with tech and mock scenarios during their breakout sessions.

Their annual Award’s Celebration is a night celebrating the achievements each apartment community and its staff have achieved over the past year.  The evening begins with a formal dinner and moves on to the presentation of awards.  The evening ends with a fun party where employees can dance and enjoy themselves!
