K2Productions had the pleasure of producing the 2014 Bell Games Conference this past January in Concord, NC. We really look forward the opportunity to work with such an outstanding company year after year. The 2014 theme, Bell Games, was a great way to bring the Bell employees together and focus on team work, especially in an Olympic year!
We brought in LED lighting that allowed us to change the look and colors of the stage throughout the event. Through live video switching we were able to control the projectors and screens in the space to switch between live video feed of the event, presenter’s power points and videos, and the Bell Olympics logo. We hung various country flags from the ceiling and created a Bell Games custom gobo for the backdrop of their stage. In addition to the stage design, we also produced an Olympic themed opening video and highlight video of the entire event. We facilitated all of the sound and video needs for the duration of this multi-day conference in both the main room and breakout rooms. We look forward to continuing to partner with Bell at future conferences!
