K2Productions partnered with Bell Partners on their annual conference. This year it was held in Concord, SC and Bell chose a Regatta theme. Nautical themes were brought into the stage design by creating a dock with pilings, rope, and sea birds. Abyss lights were used to create a water effect under the stage and on the walls surrounding the stage. Backdrops of sailboats and rowing races tied into the teamwork theme of the conference.
K2 provided pre production support working with Bell to ensure all audio/visual aspects of the event were organized and run to best meet their needs. K2 managed audio/video throughout the event and worked with Bell to give their attendees and interactive and visually appealing experience.
