Orlando Corporate Conference

K2Productions assisted Bell Partners for their annual Leadership Conference at the DoubleTree at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida.  The tropical resort was the perfect backdrop for their “See the World of Bell” conference theme.  K2Productions helped create an underwater scene in the General Session Room for the conference.  With three enormous twenty-five by sixteen foot screens and over 40 lights, K2 was able to transform the room into an undersea experience.  K2 works closely with Bell Partners for months to design and execute stage and general session room design, audio, video projection, lighting, live video streaming, AV support in all breakout rooms, video capture and on-site edit, and photography capture through their corporate event planning services.

The Leadership Conference was full of fun and surprises including special performances and excursions.  A Junkanoo band livened up the opening session with their drums, whistles and dancing and led the attendees over to a private evening at SeaWorld!  One of their special guest speakers included Doug Lipp, a keynote speaker who specializes in strengthening corporate culture, boosting performance and amplifying employee morale all while delivering it through fun and humor.  Another guest speaker Bell Partners invited to their conference was Gian-Paul Gonzalez.  Best known for his “All In” lifestyle, he brought a motivating and uplifting presentation to the conference.  K2 ran all audio and lighting during all presentations and performances.  K2 also provided live video feed to the large front screens and monitors around the room to give attendees the best viewing experience possible.

Bell Partners celebrates their management employees every year with an Award’s Gala. They started the evening out on the terrace for a tropical cocktail hour decorate by Exclusive Destination Management out of Orlando.  As they entered the General Session room, guests traveled through an underwater “experience tunnel” also provided by Exclusive Destination Management.  Once they entered the room, they were transported underwater and were seated at their tables decorated with gorgeous lit centerpieces.  K2 coordinated and ran the show incorporating music and lighting to accompany each award winner.
